Die Stadt Penkun plant eine 3-Ländereck-Gemeinschaftsschule. Der Standort umfasst die Regionale Schule, eine Grundschule so wie ein Kreativzentrum. Am jetzigen Standort der alten Regionalen Schule soll ein neuer Grundschulteil mit Kreativzentrum entstehen. Mit dieser Ausschreibung soll die Heizung-Lüftung-Sanitär (HLS) -Anlage für den neuen Grundschulteil mit Kreativzentrum vergeben werden.
