Gegenstand der Leistung des Auftragnehmers ist die Kontrolle, Wartung und Reparatur von Parkscheinautomaten (PSA) auf öffentlichem Straßenland. Ort der Leistungserbringung ist das Bewirtschaftungsgebiet der Stadt Cottbus/Chó?ebuz mit den Parkzonen 1 und 2. Das Bewirtschaftungsgebiet umfasst vorrangig den Innenstadtkern sowie den Bereich Hauptbahnhof und Carl-Thiem-Klinikum (CTK) . Die Leistungserbringung erfolgt nach Maßgabe des Straßenverkehrsgesetzes (StVG), der Straßenverkehrsordnung (StVO) und der Parkgebührenordnung der Stadt Cottbus/Chó?ebuz in der jeweils gültigen Fassung sowie den erforderlichen straßenverkehrsbehördlichen Anordnungen.
