Mit dieser Rahmenvertragsausschreibung hat die Stadt Chur das Ziel, bis zu vier fachkompetente, leistungsfähige und kundenorientierte AV-Systemintegratoren für eine langfristige Zusammenarbeit zu beschaffen. Bei den zu erbringenden Leistungen geht es um die gesamtheitliche Abwicklung von Projekten, Life Cycles und Servicearbeiten auf Auftrags- und Bedarfsbasis. Das Leistungsspektrum beinhaltet folgende Punkte (siehe im Detail Anhang 1 AV-Leistungsverzeichnis): • Werk- und Montageplanung (keine Fachplanung) • Projektleitung • Lieferung Hardware • Installation • Programmierung / Konfigurierung / Software / AV-Netzwerkintegration • Inbetriebsetzung • Abnahme und Mängelbefreiung • Dokumentation • Übergabe und Schulung • Gewährleistung • Service, Wartung und Unterhalt • Mitarbeit bei der Standardisierung
