Description
Die Stadt Celle beabsichtigt die Errichtung zweier Grundschulen (GS Garßen und GS Waldweg) und einer Turnhalle (1,5 Feld in Garßen) in Celle. Die Vergabe erfolgt in zwei Losen (Los 1: GS Garßen einschließlich Turnhalle; Los 2: GS Am Waldweg). Die Abgabe eines Gesamtloses für beide Schulen (Gesamtlosvergabe) ist möglich. Die für diese Maßnahme erforderlichen Planungs-, Bau- und Bauzwischenfinanzierungsleistungen sollen durch einen Totalunternehmer erbracht werden (Gesamt- vergabe).
