Description
Die im Jahr 1986 erbaute 2-Feld Sporthalle der Stadt Bramsche im Ortsteil Schleptrup ist durch einen Brand im Jahr 2022 komplett zerstört worden. Die verbliebenen Gebäuderückstände sind abgetragen worden und das Grundstück ist für eine Neubebauung gleicher Art und Güte freigestellt. Diese soll realisiert werden. Die Architektenleistungen zur Objektplanung Gebäude werden in einem separaten Verhandlungsverfahren vergeben. Die Mindestanforderungen an das aktuell gültige GEG und QNG für Nichtwohngebäude ist einzuhalten. Ein nachhaltiges Konzept wird gefordert.
