Description

The proposed Works include the construction of a single storey energy centre comprising a boiler house, and adjacent heat pump and gas enclosure (combined area 150m2) and ancillary site works. Mechanical and Electrical upgrades required to existing school building. Works to be carried out on a sequenced basis within a live school environment.
