Description
Gegenstand dieser Ausschreibung sind der Factory Acceptance Test (FAT), die vollständige Lieferung, Installation, der Site Acceptance Test (SAT), die Freigabe der Enddokumentation sowie Endabnahme eines Sputtersystems zur Herstellung von Dielektrika für das Karlsruhe Center for Optics and Photonics (KCOP) am Campus Nord gemäß der beigefügten Technischen Spezifikation und der Externen Richtlinie für die Projektabwicklung (Anlagen 02+03).
