Spülbetrieb in der interimistischen Spülküche Während der Sanierung der Spülküche in der Zielplanung steht im gleichen Gebäude 17.21 auf gleicher Ebene eine interimistische Spülküche zur Verfügung. In dieser interimistischen Spülküche wird das komplette Patientengeschirr sowie die für die Speisenverteilung notwendigen Utensilien gespült. Die Spülstraße besteht aus insgesamt 3 Bandspülmaschinen der Fa. Meiko mit einer entsprechenden Bandzuführung für das Schmutzgeschirr und Abwurfstationen für eine zentrale Nassmüllentsorgung.
