Description
Předmětem plnění veřejné zakázky je zajišťování správy, resp. servisních služeb množiny počítačů a serverů, s nimi spojeného software, periferních zařízení, terminálů, prostředků pro přenos a zpracování informací atd. a informací v nich uložených pro Zadavatele, čímž se rozumí udržovat funkční stav jednotlivých částí informačního systému Zadavatele, a dále k poskytování služeb spočívajících v koncové podpoře uživatelů a jejich pracovních stanic, včetně periferií, jakož i doplňkových rozvojových služeb, realizace podpory Informačního systému s cílem zajištění jeho maximální dostupnosti a řešení incidentů v Informačním systému Zadavatele.
