Kontrakten omfatter sporfornyelse af Aalborg Station (herunder ombygning af 7 km spor med ny sporkasse/udveksling af ballast inkl. sporsænkning, udveksling af 37 sporskifter, fjernelse af 30 m perron, 400 m dræn samt mindre sikringsarbejder og sporskiftevarme) og Skørping Station (udveksling af 7 sporskifter) samt Arden (ca. 200 meter ny sporkasse) og sporarbejder i forbindelse med fem broomisoleringer mellem Hobro og Aalborg. Arbejdet skal udføres i perioden fra 13. maj 2024 til 30. november 2024, hvor der er totalspærring fra 26. juli 2024 frem til 7. oktober 2024.
