RE 16: Trier - Perl (Grenze) (- Metz) RE 18: Saarbrücken - Saarbrücken (Grenze) (- Forbach - Metz) RE 19: Saarbrücken - Hanweiler (Grenze) (- Sarreguemines - Strasbourg) Mit einem EVU ist auf den französischen Streckenabschnitten ein Kooperationsvertrag zur Erbringung von durchgehenden SPNV-Dienstleistungen zu schließen. Es sind ca. 105.000 Zkm/a zu erbringen. Die Fahrzeuge sind vom EVU zu stellen.
