Description
Schiphol investigated the presence of other potential contractors for the contract in question and in that context published a call for competition on 05-September-2023. Only one response was received, from LS Telcom AG, in which they proved that they could meet the requirements for performance of the contract as set out below. The Core Competencies in this Procurement Procedure are as follows: 1. Spectrum usage and radio regulation according to European Frequency Plan 2. Application requirements and calculations according to European Frequency Plan 3. Minimal scope: 300 radio systems in a license system 4. Service: monitoring systems in aviation for radio and critical communications and defense environment(s). 5. Service includes radio coverage, interference, and co-existence calculations, as well as frequency co-ordination services in all common frequency ranges and radio standards, shorter and longer-term radio planning, spectrum consulting and regulatory advice, process and present real-time radio data
