1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest świadczenie specjalistycznych usług opiekuńczych w miejscu zamieszkania dla osób z zaburzeniami psychicznymi, na podstawie: a) art. 8 i 9 ustawy z dnia 19 sierpnia 1994 r. o ochronie zdrowia psychicznego b) art. 18.1 pkt 3 ustawy z dnia 12 marca 2004 r. o pomocy społecznej oraz c) Rozporządzenia Ministra Polityki Społecznej z dnia 22 września 2005 r. w sprawie specjalistycznych usług opiekuńczych (Dz. U. Nr 189 poz. 1598 z późn. zm.)
