Description
Voordat een toekomstige offerteaanvraag wordt opgesteld en uitgezet houdt de Aanbestedende dienst van het Commando Materieellogistiek en IT (COMMIT) een marktconsultatie. Het algemene doel van deze marktconsultatie is te bezien of er marktpartijen zijn die geïnteresseerd zijn in de toekomstige opdracht, of de eisen realistisch zijn, door toetsing van de haalbaarheid en de randvoorwaarden van de toekomstige opdracht. Tevens wil de Aanbestedende dienst kennis en inzichten van marktpartijen verzamelen welke meegenomen kunnen worden bij het opstellen van de uiteindelijke offerte uitvraag/aanbesteding.
