Description
The National History Museum of Denmark ("NHMD") has conducted a procurement procedure regarding a contract for P1: Specialist Showcases for the new Museum Galleries at the Natural History Museum of Denmark. The contract concerns the design, manufacturing, engineering and on-site installation of 173 specialist showcases for the new museum galleries, including lighting, graphics, fittings and - as an option - bespoke mounts. The contract includes an option to leave out the manufacturing, engineering and on-site installation of up to 33 showcases (and the included lighting, graphics, fittings and possibly bespoke mounts related to the specific showcase) from the contract. The NHMD has decided to make use of this option and have left out some of the showcases from the contract. Furthermore, the contract includes the contractor’s performance of variants to the extent NHMD finds it necessary to complete the museum galleries in accordance with the gallery designs.

- Price — The evaluation of the sub-criterion “Price” was conducted in accordance with section 1.4 of Annex 1 (The Evaluation Model).
- Quality — The evaluation of the sub-criterion “Organisation” was conducted in accordance with section 1.5.2 of Annex 1 (The Evaluation Model).
- Quality — The evaluation of the sub-criterion “Project Execution and Technical Solution” was conducted in accordance with section 1.5.3 of Annex 1 (The Evaluation Model).
- Quality — The evaluation of the sub-criterion “Sustainability” was conducted in accordance with section 1.5.4 of Annex 1 (The Evaluation Model).
