Gegenstand dieser Ausschreibung sind der Factory Acceptance Test (FAT), die vollständige Lieferung, Installation, der Site Acceptance Test (SAT), die Freigabe der Enddokumentation sowie Endabnahme eines "Spatial ALD Systems + Glovebox" für das Karlsruhe Center for Optics and Photonics (KCOP) am Campus Nord gemäß der beigefügten Technischen Spezifikation und der Externen Richtlinien (Anlagen 02+03).
