Description

Die BWI GmbH (im Folgenden: "BWI") erwägt, einen Rahmenvertrag über die dauerhafte Überlassung von Softwarelizenzen sowie zugehöriger Softwarepflege- und Supportleistungen (im weiteren gemeinsam als Pflege- und Supportleistungen bezeichnet) des Herstellers SPARX für das Softwareprodukt "SPARX Enterprise Architect" (im Folgenden: "SPARX EA") für den Eigenbetrieb der BWI und den Zielbetrieb der Bundeswehr (im Folgenden: "Bw") abzuschließen. Dieser Bedarf soll im Wege eines offenen Verfahrens nach § 31 Abs. 6 VgV vergeben werden. Der Vertrag wird mit einer Laufzeit von drei Jahren abgeschlossen.
