Description
The assignment involves the procurement and installation of canopies for the HOV (High-Quality Public Transport) stops. The canopies are designed with a lightweight wooden structure finished with bitumen. A mock-up was created to further detail aspects such as water drainage, edge finishing, and connections, with several tests conducted for further calculations. With this assignment, a number of stops in phase 1b of the Spartacus Line 2 project will be equipped, including: Elfde Liniestraat, Hasselt Campus Diepenbeek P&R complex 33, Maasmechelen End stop Maasmechelen Village The assignment also includes the option for additional orders for phase 2 of the Spartacus Line 2 project (tendering starting in 2025) and potentially for other stops on the other HOV lines in Limburg that need to be designed and executed. For Line 2, the following stops are planned: Hasselt Herkenrode Kempische Poort Provinciehuis Genk Bosdel Shopping Synaps Park Maasmechelen Centrum M2
