Description

The procurement “SP-SW-02 Initial Space Weather Service Operations” will be funded by the SSA Component of the Space Programme and will therefore be open to economic operators established in an EU Member State. It is also open to all natural and legal persons established in a third country which has a special agreement with the European Union in the field of public procurement on the conditions laid down in that agreement. Where the Agreement on Government Procurement concluded within the World Trade Organisation applies, the participation is open to all natural and legal persons established in the countries that have ratified this Agreement, on the conditions laid down therein. This activity will constitute the establishment and operation of the initial EU Space Weather service including interfacing with end users and provision of the service. The scope of the service shall cover all relevant space weather phenomena and their potential impact on spacecraft operations and space surveillance and tracking (SST) activities.
