Description
Sortland municipality intends to build a multi-purpose hall that shall be an arena where most shall exercise their activities based on their own wishes, skills and needs, and it shall contribute to create belonging. The arena shall be so attractive that it contributes to increased residential and business activities for the entire region. It should make our inhabitants proud, and visitors should feel welcome.
