Description
Trondheim municipality, hereafter called the Contracting Authority, invites tenderers to a market dialogue before the procurement of a new sorting facility with robots for Trondheim public library. In the attached presentation the following draft is a concept for a fully automatic and robotic sorting system for the library. The contract will have a number of options, including an option for the establishment of downsized sorting facilities at several district libraries. About the dialogueWe are currently working on the tender documentation (requirements, criteria and contracts) and want input on this. We plan to submit requirements, criteria and contracts for the hearing week planning to conduct a hearing of this with a short hearing week 5 but a relatively short hearing deadline. In addition we would like an initial input round, e.g. there are equivalent systems procured by other and proposals for good requirements, criteria, price models and contract provisions.
