De gemeente Wierden wil een partij contracteren voor het opmaken van een Soortenmanagementplan, bestaande uit verschillende onderdelen. een pre-soortenmanagementplan (pre-SMP); en een soortenmanagementplan (SMP); een monitoringsplan Indien alle voorbereidende stappen zijn doorlopen en in beeld zijn gebracht, dient opdrachtnemer de aanvraag voor de omgevingsvergunning voor te bereiden, zodat gemeente Wierden deze bij bij de provincie Overijssel kan aanvragen. De omgevingsvergunning wordt aangevraagd voor een periode van 10 jaar. Dit is ook de planperiode van het SMP.
