Description
Het Soortenmanagementplan (SMP) biedt een oplossing voor het isoleren en voor de doelstellingen. Het SMP beschrijft namelijk hoe de gemeente de dieren gaat beschermen. De gemeente maakt meer plaats voor de dieren dan dat ze gaan verliezen door de isolatieopgave. De gemeente mag dan een vergunning aanvragen met dit plan. Inwoners hoeven dan zelf niet meer alle stappen te nemen, omdat de gemeente dit al voor hun gedaan heeft.
