Description
Hankelepingu esemeks on tehnilises kirjelduses (lisa 1) nimetatud soojakhaagiste ostmine Moldova Kaitseministeeriumile, Moldova Vabariigi Armeele. Hankeleping sõlmitakse ingliskeelsena. Lepingu täitmise keel on inglise keel. Lepingu täitmise tähtaeg on kolm (3) kuud alates lepingu jõustumisest. Riigihanke eesmärk on osta 4 (neli) soojakhaagist. Kui pakkuja pakkumus ületab hankija planeeritud eelarvet, on hankijal õigus hankelepingu sõlmimiseks tellitavat kogust vähendada selliselt, et hankija saab eelarve piires osta soodsaima kogumaksumusega maksimaalse koguse kaupa.
