Description
Neubau eines 2-geschossigen, nicht unterkellerten Kindergartens und Vereinsheims in Massiv- bzw. Mauerwerksbauweise mit Satteldachkonstruktion. BxL ca. 20 x 45 m H ca. 9,67 m üFF; GF ca. 905 m²; BRI ca. 8500 m³; NF ca. 1520 m². Die Sonnenschutzarbeiten umfassen insgesamt 31 Stück Raffstore-Lamellenbehänge, wobei hiervon 7 Stück Behänge in bauseits vorhandene Mauerwerks-Jalousiekästen eingebaut werden. Die übrigen Raffstorebehänge werden in gedämmten, stranggepressten Aluminium-Jalousiekästen, welche vom Bieter selbst geliefert und montiert werden, eingebaut.
