Description
Par l' appel d’offres, l’adjudicateur cherche un soumissionnaire qui mette à sa disposition une plateforme technologique sur laquelle différents cas d’application pour-ront être reproduits à l’avenir dans le contexte BI, y compris la capacité de recopie. Il s’agit en premier lieu de remplacer ou de migrer des systèmes existants. Dans ce cadre, le soumissionnaire prend en charge la mise à disposition des licences, assure l’exploitation et la maintenance de la plateforme en collaboration avec le fournisseur d’infrastructure de l’adjudicateur, prend en charge les prestations d’assistance nécessaires ainsi que le développement de la plateforme et propose, par le biais de prestations innovantes, les prestations de conseil et de projet nécessaires à la mise en oeuvre des différents cas d’application. Le soumissionnaire prend en charge toutes les tâches d’implémentation pour les contraintes techniques et fonctionnelles.
