L'objet du marché est le déploiement d'une solution de paie et d'un Système d'Information des Ressources Humaines (SIRH) en mode SaaS et l'externalisation de la paie. Marché composé de deux lots indépendants, mais pouvant mettre en uvre une solution de paie commune LOT 1 - Solution Paie + Portail RH+ Externalisation pour 110 salariés de Transitions Pro IDF. LOT 2 - Solution Paie + Externalisation pour 180 bénéficiaires du PTP/mois.
