Description
Lepingu eesmärgiks ja esemeks on haldusülesande, milleks on riigipiiri seaduse § 7(1) sätestatud sõidukite maanteepiiripunkti sisenemise korraldamine ning riigipiiri seaduse § 7(4) sätestatud piiriületuse ootejärjekorra andmekogu andmete töötlemiseks vajaliku infosüsteemi (edaspidi infosüsteem) tehniline realiseerimine, majutamine ja haldamise üleandmine riigipiiriseaduse §7(2) kohaselt.
