Předmětem této veřejné zakázky je nákup nové verze (upgrade) softwarového řešení Forum pro potřeby Očního oddělení – Nemocnice Teplice, o.z., včetně servisní podpory softwarového řešení na dobu 120 měsíců. Zároveň s tímto nákupem bude odkoupen aktuálně pronajatý 1 ks OCT Cirrus 6000 (optický koherentní tomograf) spolu s odpovídajícím příslušenstvím a zajištěn pozáruční servis OCT přístroje na dobu 96 měsíců.
