Das Programm "Workspace-Management" (WSM) von der Firma Matrix42 wird der-zeit hauptsächlich in der Produktionsdirektion des ZDF eingesetzt (Zentrale und Inlandsstudios). WSM dient im Wesentlichen zur Unterstützung verschiedener Prozesse rund um das Thema Desktop-Management und IT-Services sowie der Steuerung unserer externen IT-Dienstleister.
