Description
Saxion beschikt over ongeveer 200 verschillende softwareapplicaties. Dit varieert van software en licenties voor kantooromgeving tot en met domein/bedrijfsproces specifieke taakapplicaties. Saxion heeft het contractbeheer voor licentie en IT gerelateerde overeenkomsten gecentraliseerd binnen de afdeling LCM (Leveranciers- en Contractmanagement). Zo heeft Saxion grip op alle verschillende contracten en leveranciers en zijn wij goed in staat om daarop te sturen. Saxion koopt een aantal licenties via SURF en daarnaast organiseren we regelmatig Europese - en meervoudig onderhandse aanbestedingen voor de aanschaf van maatwerklicenties en bepaalde licenties voor standaard software. Met het contracteren van een leverancier (softwarebroker) voor de levering van standaardsoftware (Commercial Off-The-Shelf, COTS) en bijbehorende service en onderhoud, beoogt Saxion een aanvullend inkoopkanaal binnen de organisatie te realiseren.
