BVEB beoogt met deze aanbesteding te komen tot het sluiten van een overeenkomst met één (1) opdrachtnemer voor de levering van softwarelicenties en het verzorgen van bijbehorende dienstverlening in de vorm van softwarebrokerage. BVEB wenst te worden ontzorgd op het gebied van softwarelicentiebeheer, waarbij transparantie, rechtmatigheid en doelmatigheid centraal staan. Daarnaast wordt van Opdrachtnemer verwacht dat deze Opdrachtgever actief ondersteunt met strategisch en tactisch advies ten aanzien van het gebruik, de inrichting en de optimalisatie van het softwarelandschap. 1.000.000,00 over een periode van vijf jaar.
