Deze opdracht betreft een applicatie voor de sociaaldomeinprocessen jeugd, wmo, werk & inkomen en overkoepelend een regie-applicatie. Dit laatste onderdeel kent tevens een implementatie. Het betreft de huidige on-premiseapplicatie en een overgang naar de SAAS-applicatie binnen de contractperiode. Het betreft het leveren van de software voor een initiële periode van vijf jaar met vier mogelijke verlengingen van elk twee jaar. De maximale looptijd is daarmee dertien jaar. De software omvat de applicaties voor de processen jeugd, wmo, werk en inkomen en overkoepelend een regie-applicatie.
