Předmětem veřejné zakázky je vývoj a dodání softwarového nástroje pro ovládání integrovaného flourescenčního modulu na FIB/SEM mikroskopu Helios Hydra V dostupném na pracovišti zadavatele. Dodaný software bude umožňovat intuitivní ovládání flourescečního mikroskopu instalovaného na Helios Hydra V, dále bude podporovat základní ovládání elektronového a iontového svazku FIB/SEM mikroskopu a bude umožňovat intuitivní přeložení signálů různých modalit.
