Description
Via deze opdracht wenst onze organisatie een software aan te kopen om alle processen rond werkopdrachten, de planning en het magazijn te beheersen. Onze huidige software voldoet niet meer aan de noden van de organisatie. Dit systeem moet voorzien zijn van end tot end koppelingen met de volgende software databases: P2P, MPLEO, PIA, SAM, LORD, CHAPPS en e-mail (Outlook) om de nodige informatie op te laden en door te sturen. De firma van de nieuwe software zorgt zelf voor het ontwikkelen van API’s en bezorgt deze aan de externe partners. Naast de installatie en implementatie van de software omvat de opdracht een licentie ten behoeve van 30 users onder de vorm van een jaarlijkse licentiekost over de looptijd van de opdracht.
