Description

GVB heeft voor de uitvoering van zijn taken behoefte aan de levering van standaardsoftware, onderhoud en gerelateerde dienstverlening zoals (Licentie)-adviesdiensten en software asset management diensten. GVB wenst één Raamovereenkomst te sluiten met één leverancier die in staat is deze software, inclusief onderhoud en gerelateerde dienstverlening, te leveren. Op basis van de in de Raamovereenkomst opgenomen procedures en bepalingen zullen nadere opdrachten worden verstrekt via nadere overeenkomsten. De Opdracht richt zich primair op de levering van Standaardsoftware, waarbij geen maatwerk wordt gevraagd (Maatwerk-software valt, tenzij anders aangegeven, buiten scope van de Opdracht). De intentie is om de Raamovereenkomst in januari 2027 in werking te laten treden, dan wel op een vroeger of later moment als de definitieve gunning daartoe aanleiding geeft. Zie leidraad
