Description

De Sociaal Economische Raad (hierna SER) maakt gebruik van verschillende standaard softwareoplossingen in de markt. De SER wenst een deel hiervan onder één raamovereenkomst te brengen zodat zij op efficiëntere wijze verlengingen, vernieuwingen en uitbreidingen van licenties kan realiseren. Hiervoor wenst zij een raamovereenkomst af te sluiten met één software broker. De opdracht heeft een maximale waarde van 1.300.000 euro.
