Description
De opdracht heeft betrekking op het beheren van de locatie Overmaze, waar ontheemden uit Oekraïne worden opgevangen. De gemeente is verantwoordelijk voor de opvang van Oekraïense ontheemden. De gemeente Maastricht organiseert deze opvang in voormalig gevangenis Overmaze. Hier is plek voor 450 mensen. Deze opvang startte in maart 2022 en sommige bewoners wonen hier ook al sinds het begin. Dit betekent dat het voor hen niet enkel een opvang is maar hun tijdelijke thuis. We vinden het dan ook belangrijk dat dit voor hen zo voelt. De opdracht binnen deze aanbesteding wordt gesplitst in 2 percelen. Perceel 1 Facilitair beheer en Perceel 2 Beveiligingsdiensten.
