Doel en scope van de aanbesteding Doel Het doel van de aanbesteding is om één Ondernemer te contracteren die verantwoordelijk wordt voor SOC/SIEM-dienstverlening die proactief en reactief op dreigingen in zowel de IT- als de OT-omgeving kan reageren, de dreigingen kan identificeren en indien nodig kan mitigeren, waardoor het bedrijfsrisico wordt verminderd en de bedrijfscontinuïteit van de aanbestedende dienst wordt gewaarborgd. Scope De scope van de gevraagde dienstverlening is om minimaal de volgende diensten af te nemen van een gespecialiseerde - SOC/SIEM-dienstverlener: - Security Monitoring (inclusief SIEM); - Intrusion Detection; - Security Analysis; - Security Incident Management; - Threat Hunting, Analysis & Intelligence; - Vulnerability scanning; - Log Management (voor het SOC). Het is mogelijk dat de Aanbestedende dienst de scope van de opdracht in de toekomst uitbreidt met bijvoorbeeld de volgende aanvullende dienstverlening: - Security Orchestration, Automation and Response (SOAR) - Compliance management - Deception technology Zie aanbestedingsdocumentatie voor meer details.
