Description
The Contracting Authority for this procurement is Troms County, c/o operations and property. Troms County (hereafter called the contracting authority) is working so that the entire region will be an attractive and good place to live, work and live in and that it will also be a pleasant and exciting destination. Increased value creation and sustainable development are key words in this context. The County Municipality is responsible for, among other things, regional development, sixth form college education, county roads and public transport, including school transport, public dental health service, cultural memorial protection, county library, outdoor life, distribution of betting funds and support for businesses.
