Viken County intends to procure a Gateway for mass sending of SMS, a cloud based off-the-shelf system for SMS and SMS notifications of the affected population within a geographical area. The procurement is divided into two lots. Lot 1 includes gateway for mass sending of SMS and cloud based off-the-shelf solution for SMS, and sub competition 2 includes map and address based SMS notifications.
