Předmětem plnění veřejné zakázky je dodávka služeb a technologií podpory a rozvoje programového vybavení jednotného kontaktního místa pro zadávání a řešení incidentů, požadavků a řízení služeb stávajícího řešení a současně zajištění propojení centrálního servicedesku se servicedesky dodavatelů služeb MHMP. Předmětné plnění může být poskytováno i jednotlivým organizacím HMP, určeným Magistrátem hlavního města Prahy.
