Description

In an initial phase, IMEC is looking for a robust and scalable message bus to connect disparate systems and devices involved in our production process. It needs to serve as a middleware layer, allowing different components such as sensors, machines, controllers, and software applications to communicate and share information in real-time (point to point, publish subscribe, ...). The message bus needs to act as a universal translator, ensuring that diverse technologies and protocols used by various manufacturing systems can interact seamlessly and loosely coupled. We are looking to implement this message bus in an OT and IT context.
