Fornecimento, instalação, comissionamento e colocação em serviço de uma rede de telecomunicações Field Area Network (FAN) de suporte aos serviços “Smart Grid” da rede elétrica, nomeadamente Smart Metering, Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA), Distribution Automation (DR), Automatic Meter Reading (AMR), Advanced Metering Infrastructure e EV charging, permitindo a conetividade entre as aplicações dos centros de controle e os vários Field Devices de acordo com as Especificações Técnicas que instruem o Caderno de Encargos, distribuídas por três lotes, lote 1, lote 2 e lote 3.
