Description
Die Stadt Ulm entwickelte im Rahmen des Förderprojekts "Zukunftskommune@bw" eine offene und zentrale (IoT)-Datenplattform als eine neue technische Grundlage für digitale Dienste in verschiedenen Anwendungsgebieten. Ziel des Projektes ist es, eine innovative Beteiligungsplattform (Datenplattform) für die Ulmerinnen und Ulmer zu etablieren. Nun soll diese Datenplattform im Rahmen des Modellprojektes "Smart City" des Bundesministeriums für Wohnen, Stadtentwicklung und Bauwesen mit Hilfe von Fördermitteln verbessert und weiterentwickelt werden ("Upgrade"). Die Datenplattform, die u.a. durch das Upgrade entsteht, ist im Wesentlichen als freie Software (FLOSS = Free Libre Open Source Software) zu etablieren. Zudem wird mit der vorliegenden Ausschreibung die Erstellung und das Betreiben eines Dashboardes zur Verarbeitung und Visualisierung von numerischen Daten aus der bestehenden Datenplattform ausgeschrieben, ebenso wie die Wartung der Datenplattform und der weiteren vorgenannten Bestandteile.
