Description
The Contracting Authority hereby invites you to submit a Request for Participation in tendering procedure no. T110578 for the delivery of 1800 weapon trainer systems, including other associated goods and services. The tendering procedure will be conducted as a Restricted Procedure pursuant to the Dutch Defence and Security Procurement Act (ADV). All qualifying Candidates will proceed to the second stage − the award stage. This includes a submission of the actual tender proposals. 1.1 Description of the Contract Defence-wide there is a need to keep everyone's shooting level as high as possible. However, it is not possible to increase the number of shooting exercises at the shooting range. To this end, the end-users have looked for alternatives that can be used outside this range and which can even be used individually, independent of location and time. The purpose of the need is, in most cases, to save valuable ammunition and practice capacity at the various shooting ranges and to receive immediate feedback on the implementation.
