Description
Göteborgsregionens Internationella skola AB (ISGR) kommer att upphandla ett ramavtal för måltider till sitt nya tillagningskök på Campus Guldheden. Upphandlingen avser planering, tillagning och servering av lunch, frukost och mellanmål till eleverna. Tillagning och servering ska ske i tillagningsköket med tillhörande matsal. Det aktuella ålderspannet på eleverna i skolan är F- åk 7 (5-13 år) Tillagningsköket har en beräknad kapacitet på 1050 måltider per dag men beställaren beräknar att det kommer vara aktuellt med ca 800 lunchmåltider per dag samt frukost och mellanmål.
