Upphandlingen avser skogsförvaltning till Kinda kommun. Kinda kommuns skogsinnehav uppgår för närvarande till cirka 1 300 hektar produktiv skogsmark (inklusive Kinda kommuns stiftelser). Cirka 250 hektar av arealen ligger i direkt anslutning till tätortsbebyggelse och har mycket stor betydelse ur frilufts- och rekreationssynpunkt. Förvaltaren ska ansvara för den löpande förvaltningen av kommunens skog.
