Description
Skien municipality would like to invite tenderers to prequalification for a competition for a framework agreement for the procurement of a new operational control system for water and sewage, replacement of some automation systems in water and sewage installations, and a maintenance contract for the delivered operational control system and automation system (sub-tender 1). In addition a maintenance contract shall also be signed for non-upgraded water and sewage installations (sub-tender 2). The prequalification application can apply for tenders for sub-tender 1, sub-tender 2 or both lots.
