Předmětem tohoto zadávacího řízení je výběr dodavatele, který zajistí dodávku skenovacího elektronového mikroskopu - analytický FEG SEM pracující v módech vysokého a nízkého vakua vybavený SE, BSE detektory a EDS detektory dle specifikace uvedené v příloze č. 3 zadávací dokumentace.
